Install Show Menubar

I've tested Show Menubar on Firefox 2, Firefox 3.0a3pre (trunk) and the Mozilla Suite 1.7. I see no reason it shouldn't work on current versions of SeaMonkey, but please let me know if/when you try and it does (not) work.

Description

Show Menubar just adds a simple contextmenu item that allows you to re-show the menubar if it is not visible. The contextmenu item is not visible if the menubar is already there.
