You can use it for free, given that there's an Askimet-add-in for your blogging software (which seems to be Wordpress, so no problem here). Just register a wordpress.com-account (you don't need a blog, just an account without a blog for using Askimet) A lot of people swear on Askimet, including Robert Scoble and others (which would get a LOT of spam without Askimet...).
